| I have used original Moom Wax in the past, which worked perfectly. I purchased the tea tree formula hoping it would work just as well. This wax barely removes any hair! The muslin strips just remove the wax from skin. |

| I've been using this product for the past couple months on my face and it does take away unwanted hair without being too painful. It is a bit difficult for me to use this though because my skin is sensitive and I can only do a little bit of my face at a time or my face is tomato red for around four or more hours (even with applying a moisturizer and staying out of the sun). I also cannot get this to work for my chin hairs (even with their tips in the booklet). If anyone has any tips for the chin, please comment and let me know. Overall, it works better than any other hair remover I've ever used (Nads, Veet, Nair, Tweezers). It also comes off so easily, which is perfect for when you use too much or drop some of it on your skin. It also makes my skin feel smooth and soft afterward, which is a nice bonus. I really do love this product, but the issue with the chin and the redness is the reason for the 4/5, as it's a bit of a disappointment for me in that respect. |

I purchased this product after reading all the great reviews by everyone else. I had/have been going to nail salons and also to the beauty schools to remove my facial hair. I don't have black hair on my face it is just blonde and I just don't like it. Anyways after having my skin ripped off by all these "so called professionals" I decided to do this my self. This is a great product. Number 1. it doesn't burn your skin and it is water soluable so it washes right off. Number 2. It does remove your facial hair just fine with no skin attached!
I will recommend this product to anyone. |

| this was my first time waxing my body. it wasn't so bad on my back - small patches of thin hair. my stomach and chest (dense, coarse hair) was very painful to do but the results were excellent - i'd rather do this once or twice a month vs shaving every few days. the instructions were simple, the wax was easy to apply without being too hot, and cleanup was a snap - just a little warm water. the 6 oz jar was just enough to get some small areas on my back and my entire chest/stomach. i experienced some irritation but it cleared right up after applying some thayers witch hazel (alcohol free). you can clean and reuse the strips (after drying) which i needed to do to before i was done. i ordered another kit so i'll have enough strips to finish in one shot next time. |

This product is wonderful!
I have dark hair....so removing my underarm hair has always been a struggle. Shaving my underarms never cut it for me, as I could always still see the hair underneath the skin. Other wax-at-home kits that I've tried, have proven to be messy, painful, and still not getting me the results I wanted. This product, however-- was easy, not messy, and my under arms are smooth and clear looking. I would reccomend this to anyone that is wanting to try waxing at home. Thank you Moom! :-) |

| I have never waxed before - the whole idea sounded too intimidating, especially after hearing tales of ingrown hairs and damage to the skin. So, I was nervous the first time I used MOOM, but the experience was really good! I have extremely coarse hair and was doubtful that mere sugar and lemon juice could actually work, but it did! The pain was minimal, and everything washed up with warm water. I would recommend growing the underarm hair to at least 1/2 inch before attempting underarms. Also, the instructions say to be careful not overheat - this is important! I heated in the microwave longer than the instructions advised and burned a part of my leg. Overall, I am really happy with MOOM :-) |

I want to love this product.. it smells great, easy to use, easy clean up, organic and reusable strips. But it just doesn't compare to a wax (like sally hansen spa body wax, lavender). I waited for a week for hair to grow out and this product just doesn't take off all the hair, even when passing over an area numerous times 50% of the hair is still there. With all the good reviews here I assume this is because I am not letting it grow long enough, but I just can't go several weeks with hairy legs waiting for the hair to get long enough to remove (not sure how long that would take). I would give this less stars but I really like it (even without it working if that makes sense :/). It doesn't seem to irritate my skin at all like wax, probably because it doesn't have as strong of grip. If your not careful with wax you could also pull off skin along with hair. And the clean up is a breeze compared to wax, this product can be rinsed off with water... unlike wax that you practically have to scrub off with oil. But its just not as effective as wax... with wax practically as soon as you see hair, you can wax it off and don't have to go over and over an area. Although I love the idea of this product... I just don't think it will work for me. I don't want to wait weeks to remove the hair, I could barely stand the one week. :(

I gave this another try, waiting about 2 weeks this time. It is definitely more effective with longer hair but still did not get all of the hair, even with more then one attempt. My hair is different lengths and some wasn't long enough. I would say this time it got about 70% of the hair... so I would either have to shave to get smooth skin now or wait for the other hair to grow out and try again... I think I will wait and try again since I've waited this long. I'm leaving the same star rating because the wait for smooth skin with this product is a bit agonizing.

I tried this again... removed the longer hair but still don't have soft legs as there are shorter hairs coming in. I have purchased 5 of these kits now because I can't find just the refill jar at a reasonable price. I have used about 3. |

| I've been waxing for 3 years now. I've gone to the salon a few times only to find it extremely over priced. I then started buying store brands since they were more convenient. Store brands were somewhat painful and extremely hard to clean. They usually never included enough wax strips to do 2 full legs. I bought Moom from curiosity, and found the product to be great. Cleaning was an ease and the pain level was reduced. Keep in mind that waxing will never be completely painless. The reusable wax strips do tend to leave a stray hair here and there, but they are reusable! I do recommend buying more though. The wax itself spreads much more easily than other brands and does not need to be heated as long. 15 - 30 seconds is probably enough, and the consistency stays the same for a longer period of time. All in all, I definitely recommend Moom. I have tried anywhere between 5 and 10 products, and Moom is by far the best yet. |
