If you are a middle aged woman, I encourage you to try this. It really helped me. I have more energy and it helped get rid of my depression too. Be aware that it takes a month or so to start working (maybe more or less depending on your individual reaction).

I bought this cream after weeks spent reading on the internet. I was skeptical and even more so when I bought it and then asked my reproductive endocrinologist if it would work for me. What he said was "this is made of wild yam, unless you are a wild yam yourself, there is not much chance of it being absorbed through the skin to make a difference". I initially bought this because I had all the symptoms, sore breasts, thinning hair, weight gain in the tummy area, horrible PMS symptoms. So I decided to try it anyway. I no longer have clumps of hair coming out when I shower, my PMS symptoms are minimal and I no longer have the tender breasts for two weeks before my period. I hate to say it but I must be a wild yam because it really does work.

I'm 46 and have been under a lot of stress lately. My period was 5 days late (something that never happens)and my breast where killing me even after I started to bleed (something else that never happens). Also started having a weird flush feeling. No sweating and not at night but during the day when I got rushed or upset. Did some looking into natural permenopause treatment and found this stuff. Read the reviews and picked up some that night at my local Sprouts. Just after 3 days I had relief from the flush feeling and my breast stopped hurting and slept so much better. I also noticed that I'm not trying to stay awake in the early afternoon anymore. I'm really glad that emerita is available for me. I'm even happier that it's helping me.
I think it's well worth the money to try it.

I bought this as a last resort. I had just stopped nursing my nine month old and my period started and wouldn't stop (50 days!). My doctor wanted to put me on the pill, but I've had horrible side effects with it before so, in searching for some kind of alternative, I stumbled across the book "what your doctor may not tell you about premenopause" which recommends progesterone cream. When I started using it, the cramps I was having stopped within an hour. Over the next few days I noticed a lot of other things that had been bothering me got rapidly better (anxiety, irritablity, headaches, etc), but it took a week before the bleeding finally stopped. Since then I still feel like I'm getting back to normal and I recommend the cream to anyone having these kinds of problems. My only issue is that it has a very faint scent (and it really is very faint, my husband says he can't smell it at all) - slighty smokey - but it's gone by the time the cream dries. And I would still give it 20 stars if I could!

It is a great stabilizer.
My daughter who is now 45 years old is using it with great success in stabilizing her menstration period.

I had been having migrains, dizziness, memory loss and confusion for about two years and decided to retire. Went to many doctors - no help or ideas. Twice two prescriptions sent me to the hospital. Nothing worked. Last year my daughter suggested I try Pro-gest for my headaches. About five days later I realized that my dizziness and confusion were gone and over time my headaches were deminished. Imagine, my daughter is smarter than 5 specialty MD's. As long as I remember to use my cream I have no probablems except for some migrains

I have a life worth living again.

I bought weaker cream locally but switch over once I received this in the mail. Initially I put too much on and felt tired all day. I've since adjusted to a good amount for me which I put on right before bed. I sleep all through the night even though I'm pre-menopausal. My anxiety levels have gone down and no more hot flashes. Only problem is it has a slight smell of peanut butter..sexy. Important to stop taking it for a period of time as per instructions.
